OUTPUTS

 

  • The result of the project “Caterers on the run” is a textbook with which students will be introduced with the catering business as a branch of the global hospitality industry that is in increasing demand.
  • The expected outcomes of the project are: strengthened and improved competences of VET teachers in hospitality and entrepreneurial profiles, the opportunity for students to acquire knowledge and skills in the field of catering business, which will give them greater chances in finding a job or starting their own business, and also to narrow the gap at the labor market.
